Fancyr, LLC (“Fancyr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, including aiprofitlevers.com and thenewyoudigital.com, to our mobile applications, and to our consulting and ecommerce services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, business name, and account credentials.
- Purchase information — billing name, billing address, and order history. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, form, or chat, and information you share during a consulting engagement.
- Content — files or information you upload to an application or provide for a project.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
- Mobile app data — where you use one of our apps, basic diagnostic and crash data, and any permissions you grant (such as notifications). We request permissions only where the feature requires them, and you may decline or revoke them in your device settings.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from advertising and analytics platforms, payment processors, app marketplaces, and business partners — for example, aggregated campaign performance or confirmation that a purchase completed.
2. How we use information

- To send marketing emails and updates where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time);

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below.

4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — typically for the life of your account or engagement, plus any period required for tax, accounting, or legal recordkeeping. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights and choices
Everyone. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message or by contacting us.
U.S. state privacy rights (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and others). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
EEA and UK residents (GDPR). You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email CONTACT US. We will verify your request, typically by confirming control of the email address on file, and respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
7. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at CONTACT USÂ and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA and UK.
9. Do Not Track
Our websites do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is material, provide additional notice.
