Fancyr, LLC is committed to making its websites and digital products usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We view accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project, and we work to improve the experience for all users.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively identifying and correcting those areas.
Accessibility tools on this site
We use Readabler, an accessibility assistant, on this site. It appears as an accessibility icon that opens a menu of adjustments you can apply to the page at any time. Depending on configuration, these include:
Reading and text adjustments
- Increase or decrease font size and scale page content
- Adjust line height, letter spacing, and word spacing
- Switch to a dyslexia-friendly or more readable font
- Change text alignment
Color and contrast adjustments
- High-contrast, inverted, and low-saturation or monochrome display modes
- Custom text, heading, and background colors
Orientation and navigation aids
- Reading guide and reading mask to help maintain place on the page
- Enlarged cursor
- Highlighted links and highlighted focus indicators
- Option to hide images and to stop animations
- Keyboard navigation support
Audio and comprehension
- Text-to-speech reading of selected text
- Built-in dictionary lookup for selected words
- Option to mute sounds on the page
Your selections are remembered on your device for future visits. You can reset all adjustments at any time from the same menu.
An important note about accessibility tools. A widget like Readabler helps many visitors, but it does not by itself make a website accessible, and we do not present it as a substitute for accessible design. We also work on the underlying site: semantic HTML structure, meaningful heading order, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard operability, and support for your browser’s and operating system’s own accessibility features.
Compatibility
This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with assistive technologies including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. It may not perform as expected on browsers older than three major versions.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain:
- Third-party content. Embedded content such as videos, payment checkouts, forms, maps, and social media widgets is controlled by outside providers, and we cannot always guarantee its accessibility.
- Documents. Some older PDFs and downloadable files may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
- Media captions. Not all archived audio and video content has captions or transcripts yet.
Assessment and ongoing work
We assess the accessibility of this site through internal review, automated testing tools, and keyboard and screen reader testing. Accessibility is considered when we publish new pages and features, and issues reported to us are prioritized for correction.
